WELCOME to the National Heritage Training Academy South West website. Founded in 2006 as The Cotswolds Heritage Academy, the NHTA SW is the first heritage skills training academy to be founded in the UK.
A partnership of Higher and Further Education colleges, heritage sites, training providers, employers and sector organisations, NHTA SW is pioneering a "Living Classroom" approach to skills training and breaking new ground in addressing the urgent need to grow a new generation of craftsmen and craftswomen to carry our heritage environment safely into the future.
